What does a founding household pay?Open
NZ$14.99 a year, locked in for as long as you stay. The offer is open until 31 March 2027.
What happens after the founding offer closes?Open
Nothing changes for you: your rate stays. Households that join later pay NZ$29.99 a year for the same plan.
Is there a free trial?Open
No trial clock. Free is a real plan with up to 10 receipts, and the household plan is a yearly rate rather than a monthly one.
How does inviting a mate work?Open
You each get 3 months free when they join. There's no limit, so every mate adds another 3 months. Adding somebody to your own household doesn't count.
What if I go over 10 receipts on Free?Open
Everything you've saved stays. Take the household plan to keep adding more.
Can my partner use it too?Open
Yes. Up to 6 people share one household for one price.
Is my appliance too old to claim?Open
